1. Attach the rain cover to the seatback cover by looping all four toggles on the rain cover bag through the accessory loops on the seatback cover.
Note: Attach the rain cover bag so that the zipper is at the top.
2. Pull the rain cover out from the bag and drape it over the stroller.
3. Connect the velcro straps to the stroller base.
4. For infants in a flat seat, pull the drawstring at the base of the rain cover to make the rain cover snug.
