RETURN POLICY
We’re here to help, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date, no questions asked!
All items returned within 30 days of the original delivery date, that are received in a "as new" condition, in the original box with manuals and protective packaging will receive a full refund of the original amount paid by the customer.
NOTE: Please note that any costs of shipping (including taxes, duties, and shipping insurance) are non-refundable.
Items received within the 30 day return window, that are not in the original box and packaging materials, or the item has been used outside of the home, will incur a restocking fee subtracted from their refund using the below schedule:
Compact Stroller Re-Stocking Fee = $20
The One Stroller Re-Stocking Fee = $30
All other items Re-Stocking Fee = $10
If a return request is made more than 30 days after the delivery date, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We will provide the return shipping address upon request. Items returned and received between 31 and 60 days from the delivery date will incur a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund, regardless of the item's condition.
There will not be any refunds given for items received after 60 days from the original delivery date.
To help your return go as quickly as possible, please follow these steps:
1. Use the Contact Us form online or email help@colugo.com to let us know to expect your return. Please include your name, your order number, and the email address associated with the order along with details that will help us know why the item didn’t work out for you.
2. Do not attempt to return a product without receiving a return authorization from Colugo and confirmation that your return request has been received.
3. We will arrange the return for you by sending you a pre-paid return label to attach to the package and take to your post office or UPS. Please let us know the zip or postal code where you will drop off the package. Please return Colugo in the original shipping box or a similar size box if using our shipping label, as the shipping cost is based on the dimensions of the original shipping box. NOTE: Returns in larger boxes will be subject to additional fees deducted from your refund.
4. Returned items must be in a new, unused condition with original box and all labels, manuals and protective packaging originally included. See “Damages” below for the return of damaged items.
5. If Colugo approves your refund request, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment as soon as possible after receipt of the returned item. Depending upon your credit card company, it may take up to an additional 10 business days after the credit is applied for the credit to appear on your credit card account.
6. You will receive an email confirmation of receipt of the item along with verification of the refund being processed.
7. As an alternative to the above, Colugo may refund your purchase price without requiring you to return the products at its discretion.
WHAT IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED UPON RECEIPT?
If you receive a damaged item, please let us know within 48 hours of the delivery. Please email help@colugo.com with a photo of the damage along with your name, your order number, and the email address associated with the order. Depending on the damage, you may receive replacement parts, reimbursement of amounts to repair the damaged item or a full replacement. We will be happy to walk you through the process and what to expect upon receipt of your email.
